Connecting to Vulvas
We would like to invite women* to connect to their Vulva
in a playful, artsy, and tender way.
Many of us were taught by society that our Vulva - shape, color, smell or natural body hair - is something to be ashamed of. In German, the word shame is even included in the name of the lips: 'shame-lips' (Schamlippen).
Aurelia, Joy and Momo would like to change this weird and even harmful perception and instead create or deepen our loving relationship to all parts of our bodies.
In a 2.5 hour workshop on Friday, 9th of July, you will:
🌸 be guided through a Yoni Meditation, Vulva Gazing and a Vulva Massage
🎨 get creative with watercolor, Acryl and/or clay
👩🏫 learn more about our anatomy
as well as receive some questions to reflect.
Additionally we offer an optional sharing for up to 30 minutes afterwards.
At no point you are obliged to share something and cameras will be turned off for the meditation, gazing and massage.
* this workshop is for people with vulvas

Are you ready to Connect to your Vulva in sisterhood?
We are! But who are we? We will give a short introduction about us:
AURELIA
works as somatic coach, yoga, meditation & breathwork teacher predominantly with female identified people and supports them on their journey back to themselves. Someone recently called her a Yoni whisperer.
LEAH-JOY
loves to express herself through art (Insta: @lenjoy_arts ) and passionately gives Tantra massages with the potential to elevate others sexual frequency.
MOMO
Momo’s main purpose is to connect people (through events like these) to share and heal in a creative, playful way. She strongly questions our society and wants to create a new more conscious, loving yet fun way of living.
This workshop evolved together with the Connecting Passions Collective to bring different aspects together, such as art, anatomy, meditation and touch. Connecting Passions is a conscious & playful movement rooted in Berlin with the intention to bring creatures together with similar values. You can find more information about them on their Facebook site.
