Mindfulness at work

Aurelia supports people to build a nurturing relationship with their body in order to feel more motivation and energy in everyday life again.

Our Services

  • Companies and employees benefit from individually designed Breathwork sessions as an anti-stress and relaxation tool in everyday life.

Breathing exercises lasting 15 to 30 minutes help refresh the mind and recharge energy for the rest of the day.

Ideal for the lunch break in the office: no equipment nor previous knowledge necessary.

My clients include Cozero, Zoetis Germany, Aconext and Leadfeeder as well as cooperations with Zenspotting.

  • Short and simple mindfulness and meditation exercises that are fun! Together we will learn and practice valuable methods to relax the mind and keep a cool head in stressful meetings. This can support your team when pitching the latest project, negotiating salary with superiors, and during any other moment when nerves get the best of you. Other useful exercises invigorate the mind and provide refreshment: early in the morning before the first meeting or against the sleepy midday slump.

  • The menstrual cycle is still a big taboo - especially in the workplace. The tampon fist on the way to the toilet can be just as frustrating as abdominal pain and cramps during an important meeting. But the menstrual cycle can teach us a lot: there are phases when we find it easier to learn new things, work in teams, give presentations, ask for a raise or finish reports.

My client:s include Women@eBay through a collaboration with Zenspotting, The Female Company, Impossible Womxn's Club, Discover Football through a collaboration with The Menstrual Health Hub, and the Institute for Cycle Health through a collaboration with Madami.

  • Menopause is a normal and natural hormonal process that accompanies all women from their mid or late thirties. However, the topic is kept quiet in society and women are often left alone with their hot flashes, sleep disorders and depressive episodes. In this workshop, we create awareness of the pitfalls, but also of the great gift of menopause - especially in the workplace.

The basics of breathwork

In this short video you will find an introduction to the art of conscious breathing.

The best part is that your employees need nothing more than themselves to breathe. No additional equipment or special prior knowledge is required for the mindfulness exercises. This already takes away many people's fears of trying such exercises.

Studies show that regular breathing exercises can provide a variety of physical and mental health benefits. Here are some of the most important aspects:

  1. Stress reduction: breathing exercises can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.

  2. Improved concentration: Targeted breathing can increase concentration and attention.

  3. Emotional regulation: Through conscious breathing, we can better control emotions such as fear, stress or anger and have a positive influence on our mood.

  4. Improved physical health: Regular breathing exercises can have a positive effect on the body.

  5. Team bonding: Shared breathing exercises can contribute to increased team bonding and a positive atmosphere at work.

What my clients say:

"Today I also joined the meditation and breathwork session.
I liked it very much.
My wife, as a trained yoga teacher, was also there.
She was also enthusiastic and found a lot of praise for Aurelia."

— Breathwork Session @ Zoetis

"Aurelia is a dream. Through her sensitive and mindful manner, she guides both "breath beginners" and "advanced practitioners" through a balancing practice of relaxation and activation.
Highly recommended!!!"

— Kerstin, participant on Zenspotting

“Such a great highlight at the beginning of the week, especially when you are so quickly caught up in everyday life again and controlled by many appointments - take a breath and understand what a few minutes of breathing can do. Especially fascinating for me was also really learning how to give yourself a little rest and time out on the one hand through breathing, as well as really recharge and boost your energy level, fantastic and thank you so much for this experience dear Aurelia!

— Helen, Breathwork Session @ Cozero

"For never having done this before and not knowing what I was getting myself into, it was actually great! You feel really good afterwards and fresh for the day."

— Jochen, participant on Zenspotting

"Aurelia leads through the Breathwork session with gentleness and calmness. The individual exercises have enough space and flow harmoniously into each other.
In addition, Aurelia radiates such wonderful energy, I am thrilled!"

— Judith, participant on Zenspotting

"It was really nice and I felt very relaxed and focused afterwards, so I had a good reset for the rest of my day. Aurelia is also super empathetic and mindful and accepts the wishes of all participants (so for example if you don't want to turn on the camera, that's perfectly fine with her), which I found super comfortable.
Can only recommend!"

— Filomena, participant on Zenspotting

“Thought I needed an espresso, turns out breathing works too.”

— Jessie, Breathwork Session @ Leadfeeder

"I attended for the first time this morning and it was great. I didn't realize you could start the day so fresh and relaxed with breathing exercises 🙂 Happy to do it again"

— Mirjam, participant on Zenspotting

"I have been attending Breathwork regularly for a few weeks now and I wouldn't want to miss it! I feel a significant difference in my energy level afterwards. Aurelia really does a great job."
