Hi, it’s me
I work as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and psychosomatic coach in the field of relationships and intimacy and accompany people on their journey to themselves. My approach is based on Psychosexual Somatics Therapy, Cycle Awareness, Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Tao Tantra and Yoga Philosophy (Asanas, Meditation & Breathwork). I support people to strengthen the connection between mind and body, to recognize emotional needs and to communicate them. This helps to respect the desires of one's own body and, if necessary, to point out boundaries, thus strengthening self-confidence. I offer individual sessions, workshops, multi-week courses and (online) retreats.

My Story
Until December 2018, I worked as an economic advisor to a Member of the European Parliament in Brussels. The job was highly interesting, but also exhausting and draining. My regular yoga and meditation practice helped me during this time to not completely lose my balance. But the longer I sat in that office, the more I drifted away from my actual dreams. I had felt for some time that I wanted to advocate for women and work more with women, I just didn't know exactly where or how. I decided to leave, even if it meant giving up a secure, well-paying job. I had no plan, but I wasn't afraid either.
I wanted to travel aimlessly through Asia for 1-2 months. I ended up studying and working on Koh Phangan in Thailand for almost 7 months. In between I taught Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation in a project to support local women in Cambodia. This work and the direct exchange with people filled me with so much joy, energy and motivation. It felt right, so I stayed longer and longer. Meanwhile, my personal life was upside down; my boyfriend at the time and I had broken up. I suppressed the sadness and anger I felt.
January 2018, when I was still working in the European Parliament
In Thailand I had the great fortune to be part of a community of women who met several times a week in the middle of the jungle in a tree house to talk, eat, meditate, breathe and practice embodiment work. In this environment I was finally able to allow my sadness and anger to come back to me. I could give myself the kind of closeness and touch that I was missing.
In addition, by now I had assembled a "toolbox" for my work with and for women: Yoga, meditation, breath therapy and above all: celebrating femininity. In August 2019, I co-led my first weekend retreat for women with a partner. Two more followed before Covid forced us to take a break. Since Covid, I've been teaching mostly online and deepened my knowledge through a Coaching training in Psychosexual Somatics Therapy.
What I can say for sure about my current job is that it fulfills me and gives me back energy. I share the practices and meditations that help me.
